Stephanie Roush (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based producer, director, and writer, as well as the founder of Foxglove Films.

A champion of independent filmmaking, Stephanie loves working with up-and-coming directors, helping them hone and shape their unique vision.

Recent credits include Theda Hammel’s STRESS POSITIONS, starring John Early, premiering at Sundance Film Festival 2024, released by NEON; Simon Hacker’s NOTICE TO QUIT, starring Michael Zegen; and IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, Iraqi director Oday Rasheed’s first American feature (Woodstock 2024). She has had short films screen at Toronto International Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, Palm Springs International Shortfest, and Seattle International Film Festival, among others.

Previously, Stephanie developed and co-produced the Emmy-nominated Netflix Original documentary series PRINCIPLES OF PLEASURE which premiered on Netflix in 2022. She won a James Beard Media Award for her documentary work with chef Vivian Howard in 2018. Her writing has been featured in The New York Times and VICE, among other publications. She attended Middlebury College, and currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband and two cats, Ziggy and Finn.
